Thank you for shopping with GADZIT. We ship worldwide and every order includes free standard shipping with tracking.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Estimated delivery times
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays or because of carrier and customs delays.
Order tracking
You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number sent by email. Tracking information can take 2–5 days to appear after shipment.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@gadzit.net.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and find a solution.
